Position: Disability Support Worker

We are constantly on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team. This position involves collaborating closely with multiple clients each day to provide in-home care and community support. It is ideal for those who have a sincere passion for making a positive impact in our clients’ lives and are excited by the prospect of a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate should be flexible and available to work across a 7-day roster. While prior experience in support worker roles is preferred, we also encourage applicants with less experience to apply.

Requirements of the role include:
- National Police Check
- Cert III in Disability Care
- Full Australian Driver’s License (with a reliable car).
- First Aid Certificate
- DHS Working with Children Clearance
- DCSI screening check
- NDIS Workers Module Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Commitment to undertake in-house training and professional development as required
Strong command of English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shift time
